Terms and Conditions

Single rates apply to Xhosa room categories only. Subject to availability.
Children of all age groups are welcome.
Children occupying their own room will be charged the full room rate.
Children sharing with their parents in the same room (ages 3-12) will be accommodated on an extra bed at a rate of R500.00 per night.
Baby cots will be provided for children aged 0-3 free of charge.
Twin Beds can be made in some of the rooms upon request please email us for more information
Check-in time is 14h30 on day of arrival.
An early check in can be requested at an additional cost , subject to availability.
Check-out time is 11h30 on day of departure.
A late check-out can be arranged, subject to the availability.
Rates may be subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside of 30 days prior to arrival, penalty free.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will be charged at 100%. We will, however, take into consideration the reason for cancellation.
For peak season, cancellation period changes from 30 days to 90 days prior to arrival.
