Baviaanskloof Hike (<1km from Hout Bay Manor)
A short two hour trail to a waterfall and the forest beyond, this hike starts at Baviaanskloof Road, Hout Bay along a set of concrete steps, with a right turn into the valley – perfect for meandering and self-discovery.

Get creative at Clay Cafe (5,8 kms from Hout Bay Manor)

The Clay Cafe is an ideal day out for a ‘one of a kind’ creative experience for children and grown-ups where each person is given the chance to indulge in choosing then painting their own personal ceramic masterpiece, which is fired for you. With a large open patio every table is close to the lovely garden area and children really enjoy the innovative playground.
