The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff are our top priority. We keep updated on the safety and hygiene standards issued by our Government regarding COVID-19 and we have been very strict with implementing these standards across all Hotel operations.
HEREWITH OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
Guests are require to complete our Track & Trace forms upon arrival at the Hotel.
Guests’ hands and shoes will be sanitized and temperate taken upon arrival and departure.
Sanitisers are available throughout the Hotel and Restaurant.
Paperless check in as we’ll send you the necessary form to complete prior to your arrival.
Rooms will be allocated with your safety in mind, allowing as much as space between our guests.
Our Housekeeping staff wear masks, hair nets, shoe protectors and gloves at all times.
Once guests depart the room, we air it out for 3 days before doing a thorough clean and sanitise.
We have an oximeter available to guests who are feeling concerned and have a 24hr Doctor service available to our guests.
We have strict cleaning and sanitising procedures in place and our team is thoroughly trained. Surfaces, door handles, tables etc. will be sanitized multiple times per day and after every guests’ use.
Our breakfast will be served A la Carte style and our menus are available online as well as via a QR code.
Seating in the restaurant has the correct spacing of 1.5m minimum between tables.
We offer complimentary and safe parking for guests traveling with their own vehicles.
To further protect our guests, we have an isolation and contingency plan for reporting suspected or confirmed illnesses.
