The Venues

Hout Bay Manor has five venues that can be used for weddings:

The North and South Tea Gardens

The north and south tea gardens are located at the front of the hotel and is generally used for the ceremonies and photo cocktail hour in which the bride and groom goes to have their photos taken.

Each of the tea gardens has an ancient Plane tree that has been there since the beginning and both are adorned with fairly lights to give a magical effect at night. In the case of poor weather our grand staircase can also be used for ceremonies.

The Terrace and pool are just outside the Manor restaurant and can also be used for the photo cocktail hour. Candles can light up the pool side and gardens creating a wondrous atmosphere. The terrace also offers an area where VIP lounges can be put down and cocktail tables packed.

The Manor restaurant can be used for ceremonies as well, with hired in benches or tiffany chairs lined up.

Pure restaurant is the main reception venue and was built with this in mind. The unique octagonal shaped venue with a built in dance floor, mirrored lofted roof , creams and earthy tones is the perfect venue for any wedding.
